Global Competency and International Mindedness in LIS Education

This article discusses the role of global competency framework within library and information studies professional education, explores relevant literature, places in context equity, diversity, inclusion as well other areas field. The author posits that knowledges, skills, attitudes contribute through international mindedness to equity-centered education studies.
